Ben Coplan is our Employment Representative in
the Brattleboro office. Ben is active in a variety of community services in
addition to his work for VABIR, and has extensive experience in the fields
of Mental Health and addiction. Ben works with local businesses to meet their
hiring needs while assisting VABIR customers with their job search and retention
needs. Ben has made a difference in many peoples' lives through his public

Jim Cecere is the VABIR Employment Training Specialist
in the Brattleboro office. Jim supports and provides job coaching to workers
as they enter or re-enter the workforce. Jim has worked in job placement,
job development and entrepreneurship for more than 
25
years, bringing a wealth of business experience to his work in Brattleboro.
