Phile Hammerslough is VABIR's Employment Training Specialist working specifically with DBVI customers in the Burlington and Montpelier offices. Phil is an avid outdoorsman, former business owner and innovative thinker with a penchant for making creative matches between customers with visual impairments and local businesses looking for qualified workers.
