Julie Noel is VABIR's statewide Training Coordinator, providing a variety of seminars for both employers and jobseekers. Julie's experience as a Job Developer and trainer enables her to provide ADA updates, job seeking skills and other information to both large and small groups. Julie is currently offering 4Hire and Winning at Work seminars to VR customers, and has recently launched a series of workshops designed specifically for employers interested in learning more about recruiting, hiring and supervising employees with disabilities. Jeff Scott is VABIR's Employment Representative in the Middlebury area. Jeff has worked with youth and adults across a variety of programs and initiatives including Job Corps.
