Karen Letourneau is a VABIR Employment Training Specialist in the
Rutland office. Karen is a native of the Rutland area, and comes to us with
extensive experience in 
vocational
services for youth and adults with disabilities. Karen works with local businesses
to find good matches based on a business's needs, and provides follow-up and

Melissa Mahoney-Carvey is VABIR's Employment Training Specialist working with Reach-Up participants to find employment opportunities in the Rutland area. Melissa has considerable experience as a manager and supervisor, and brings a solid understanding of employer needs and expectations.
